Just shop as usual then select School Official Order as the Payment Method on the final Checkout page.

If you have a school official order number please enter it in the space provided.

Official Orders can only be used to order goods for U.K. schools.

Goods/invoice will only be despatched to a school address in response to an official order.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling All standard shipping and handling costs are included in the price.
Delivery Schedule Goods are normally despatched by standard post within one working day of receiving your order and are normally received within 3 working days. International orders are sent via airmail and are generally received within 5 working days. Special delivery is available by request (at cost) and this guarantees delivery by 1.00 pm the next working day.
Back Orders SSER holds stock of all goods. You will always be informed by email of any unforseen delay and will be given the option to cancel your order.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All goods are guaranteed for a period of 1 year guarantee from the date of invoice. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Where a manufacturer's guarantee is offered with any goods it is additional to this guarantee. During the period of guarantee, subject to the conditions above, goods will be replaced free of charge.

Privacy Policy S.S.E.R. Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy Normally, consumers may cancel their order within seven days of placing it or within seven days from the receipt of goods (whichever is the longer). However, SSER Ltd. only sell digital software and printed masters (of the intellectual property contained therein) and as such our products are covered by Section 13 (d) of 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000' which states that 'a consumer does not have the right to cancel the contract if the goods are computer software and the goods have been unsealed by the consumer'.

Therefore, by breaking the copyright seal that protects the goods, or by using the Goods in any way (including downloadable software), the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of the Licence Agreement and to pay for the said goods if not already paid for.

If before breaking the copyright seal (that protects the goods) the Buyer does not agree to the terms of the Licence Agreement (a printed copy is provided with the goods), then the Buyer shall immediately ask SSER Ltd. for an official returns number. Nothing in these terms or Licence Agreement will affect the statutory rights of a consumer in 'consumer transactions' governed by the laws of England, Wales and EU regualtions.

N.B. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 define "consumer" as meaning any natural person who, in the contracts covered by these Regulations, is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession.
Remittance Terms For orders placed by educational establishments such as Schools the terms will be 30 days. Private Nurseries will have to pay with order as do all other businesses and private consumers.
